Along side her mother Mrs.Eduardo, Ebony Vargas co-founder and Owner is a Frank W. Cox Alumni that has over 5 years of experience in child care. With her Mothers Vision and her business skills together they founded ANWL B.C .

Sandra Eduardo

Owner

Co- founder and Owner of A New World of Learning bilingual Academy Mrs. Sandra Eduardo has over 18 years of experience teaching Spanish and also working with special need kids.

She was born and raised in Puerto Rico where her native language is Spanish. She has always wanted to open her own school and offer her native language along with excellent child care. Our mission is too prepare children for bilingual world.
